SNAP Intake Partnership — Empowering Families with Access & Dignity
On October 30, 2025, David’s Ministries began finalizing its role as Bartow and Polk County’s first
open-access SNAP Intake Partner. Through this partnership, we will assist local families in
applying for and accessing essential nutrition benefits, bridging the gap between resources and the people who need them most.
This milestone represents a cornerstone of our mission—turning faith into action by ensuring that no household faces hunger alone.
It’s one of many steps in building a lasting network of care for Bartow and all of Polk County. Currently on hold due to government shutdown
David’s Ministries Finalizes Fiscal Sponsorship & Receives FDACS Approval on November 7th, 2025
One step closer to serving Polk County — now operating under a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor and officially approved to solicit donations in Florida.
Fiscal Sponsorship Finalized
As of November 7, 2025, David’s Ministries is a fiscally sponsored project of
The Wolves Den FL (IRS-recognized 501(c)(3), EIN: 93-4013312).
This partnership allows David’s to receive tax-deductible contributions, apply for grants, and partner with regional food networks such as Feeding Tampa Bay.
- Provides 501(c)(3) compliance and fiscal oversight under The Wolves Den FL.
- All funds are used exclusively to advance the approved charitable mission of David’s Ministries.
FDACS Solicitation Approval
David’s Ministries has received its FDACS approval letter, authorizing charitable solicitation within the State of Florida.
This confirms our compliance with all state charitable-registration requirements and ensures transparency for all donors and partners.
- Registered and approved by the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services.
- Expands eligibility for grants, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
With fiscal sponsorship in place and FDACS approval secured, David’s Ministries is moving forward with
Harvest to Hand and our community programs across Bartow and Polk County.
